Price list of medical procedures and services

for which payment can be requested in accordance with Act no. 576/2004 Coll. on health care, services related to the provision of health care and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws, as amended, by Act No. 578/2004 Coll. on health care providers, health workers, state organizations in the health sector and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws, as amended, by Act no. 577/2004 Coll. on the scope of health care paid for on the basis of public health insurance and on payments for services related to the provision of health care, as amended, which define the scope of services, and according to the Commercial Code no. 513/1991 Coll. and Act no. 18/1996 Coll. on prices as amended by later regulations and Slovak government regulation no. 777/2004 Coll. on the amount of the insured's payment for services related to the provision of health care.

This price list applies exclusively to uninsured and self-paying patients. Patients registered with our clinic and insured with VŠZP, Dôvera, or Union have all procedures and examinations fully covered by their insurance.
